I did not know much about the Aeropresse until I tried it out, I really like the way it takes out both the acidity and bitterness of the coffee making a smooth drink keeping the essential flavour. I also found out that it is quite the ritual to make the perfect cup of coffee.with many youtube videos and advice in how to do it. My coffee experinece has been improved and I now enjoy my morning coffee even more.
