More info
While there are many ways to make cold brew, we like this simple method : combine 125 grams of coffee per litre of water. Infuse for 12 to 14 hours, then strain through a coffee filter or French press.
Serve over ice with equal parts water. For best flavour, store in the fridge and consume within one week.
