Refund policy

 CANCELLATIONS  

Any order may be canceled if the goods have not yet been shipped (or marked as ready for pickup) within 30 days from the purchase date. Any cancellation request must be submitted by email to the following address: question@kittelcoffee.com. The cancellation takes effect on the date the request is sent.

  REFUNDS  

Any cancelled order that has already been paid will be reimbursed no later than 15 days after the cancellation date.
