Customizable Brew Settings
The high-resolution full-color screen gives you access to an extensive menu of precision features:
- Schedule: Heat your water to a specific temperature at a set time.
- Guide Mode: Preset temperatures for multiple coffee styles and tea types.
- Altitude: Prevent boil-overs by setting your local elevation.
- Adjustable Hold Mode: Keep water hot for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
- Chime & Volume: Choose the alert volume or turn it off.
- Units: Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- Pre-Boil: Sanitize at full boil before dropping to target temp.
- Language: English, French, Spanish.
- Clock: Analog or digital.
- WiFi: Receive new features via the Fellow app.
Because wood is a natural material, wood components may dry or warp over time when exposed to heat. Apply mineral oil monthly to preserve wooden handles and lid pulls.
This 120 V kettle is only compatible with North American outlets.
