Pourover Quality Coffee

Aiden automatically dials in the most important variables for brewing pourover-style coffee: to-the-degree temperature control, precise coffee-to-water ratios, and a built-in bloom cycle. Spend less time worrying about the details and more time drinking great coffee.

Built-In Brewing Guidance

Aiden provides foolproof guidance with brewing presets developed by Fellow's in-house Q Graders. Choose light, medium, or dark roasts, cold brew, and more. You don't need to be a coffee expert to brew expert coffee.
