Story

Finca El Cajón is the home of Carlos Castillo, his wife Rosa, and their three children. The whole family is involved in the farm and they have a passion for growing coffee. Through their hard work and dedication, El Cajón has gradually grown from a small plot of land to its current size.

We have been purchasing coffee from El Cajon for 7 years, with the help of our partners at Arango Specialty Coffee. Arango participates in profit sharing, and combined with the higher prices they pay to the farmers, El Cajón has seen a significant improvement compared to selling coffee to the commercial market
