The CHEMEX® Ottomatic® 2.0 is your gateway to barista-level pour-over coffee—without the guesswork. Sleek, minimalist, and compact, this automatic brewer delivers rich, nuanced flavour at the touch of a button.
Engineered to control every key variable—pre-infusion, precise water temperature, and contact time—the Ottomatic® 2.0 ensures optimal extraction for both hot and iced coffee. Its innovative “Greedy Cup” sprayhead uses a pulsing water bath to maintain temperature and saturate the coffee bed evenly, unlocking the full potential of your beans.
Paired with the included Six Cup Classic brewer, the Ottomatic® 2.0 is also compatible with other 3-, 6-, and 8-cup CHEMEX® brewers (not compatible with 8- or 13-cup handblown models). The hot plate keeps your coffee warm without burning it and shuts off automatically after 90 minutes.
Used together with CHEMEX® Bonded Filters and the CHEMEX® brewing process, the Ottomatic® 2.0 consistently produces a clean, sediment-free cup free from bitterness—every time.
