Story

Atelier is an homage to our original name, "Kittel atelier de café". Our iconic Classique and Signature blends have merged to become Atelier. It's still the same blend of Brazilian coffees you know and love. We've simply revisited the roasting profile to bring out the best in both blends. This modification was made to highlight the coffee's sweetness, with notes of rich chocolate and dried fruit.

It took years of careful crafting in a little workshop to arrive at this blend. Smooth and balanced, it's easy to work with and just as delicious with or without milk.

A mon goût personnel, il est meilleur que le signature, mais mon bon qu'un de mes all time favourite: le classique.
évidemment et sans surprise, le blend des deux donne un café qui se situe....entre les deux.

Je revenais souvent commander le classique, mais je ne crois pas revenir commander l'atelier.

Way too expensive for what it is. Many better tasting grains in costco for a fraction of the price. I would love to encourage local but for this big of a price difference it’s just not sustainable.
The coffee is good, taste wise I have nothing to complain about.

Malheureusement, j’ai reçu la mauvaise mouture et ça ne coulait pas bien! :(
Dans les notes j’avais écrit que c’était pour une machine espresso Breville et j’ai reçu une mouture espresso régulière.

Really good in french press, i use 15gr for 300gr of water.
i tried it in Aeropress and it's hard to get a small heavy drink that is not sour, but it's nothing that a little milk can't fix.
